LIQUID CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS
The liquid chemical compounds are added to the vibration processes along with the chips chosen for each process (polyester, ceramics, porcelain…) The main characteristics we look for them in each of these compounds are:
Helping to degrease the parts during the vibration process, which allows us to prepare the parts for subsequent polishing and/or deburring processes.
Supporting the abrasive to achieve better deburring
Prevent corrosion during vibration
Assist in more efficient polishing by adding chemical compound to the abrasives to be used.
Power descaling lime, calamines, oxides, helping the abrasives to get a more effective treatment against these elements.
Depending on the characteristics of each of these chemical compounds, they can be used in both ferrous and non-ferrous parts (such as aluminium, zinc alloys, zamak…).
Among our products we have several liquid chemical compounds with different functions than those described. We will select the appropriate compound according to the parts to be vibrated and the results to be achieved. The chemical compounds marketed by AB SHOT respect the environment as well as the health of the operators who handle them.
Pastes are chemical compounds whose function is mainly to help chips in the polishing processes in vibrating machines. In the use of these pastes, it is also visible the reduction of process time when we talk about deburring parts.
Depending on the material to be vibrated and the results to be obtained, we will choose one type of paste or another.
